EAGB stands for Emotion, AI-powered, Growth, and Balance.

But it's also my name: Enrique Alberto Garcia Bello.

These aren't random words. They're the four values I've built across 14 years living and working between continents, from Caracas to Berlin, from customer experience to automotive HMI to AI-powered products.

I'm a Senior UX Designer with a background that crosses industries, cultures, and disciplines. I've designed interfaces used inside real cars and motorcycles, led research that shaped a product now on Indian roads, built an AI chatbot from scratch using RAG and vector databases, and created motion prototypes that blend empathy with technology.

My work has taken me across EMEA, APAC, and AMER, collaborating with cross-functional teams at companies like Ford, Royal Enfield, Tata Motors, and Booking.com. I adapt fast, I ask the right questions, and I translate complexity into clarity.

I've been based in Berlin since 2012. I work in English, Spanish, and enough German to survive a Scrum ceremony.

What drives me isn't just good design. It's the belief that meaningful experiences are built at the intersection of emotion, intelligence, growth, and balance. That's EAGB. That's me.
