Sharing Knowledge with the Team

Figma workshop

When I joined Luxoft, I noticed that some of my teammates, talented UX designers with strong engineering backgrounds, weren’t familiar with Figma. So I created a practical workshop to help them get started.

It was structured in 6 phases and focused on real use cases from our daily work. The goal was to make everyone feel confident using Figma, no matter their previous experience.

UX MEthodologies guides

I also created a series of visual guides (PDFs and a shared Figma file) covering key UX research methods.
The idea came after noticing that many team members sometimes forgot the exact steps for tools like Empathy Maps, Affinity Diagrams, or the MoSCoW Method.
So I built easy-to-follow templates and explanations that anyone could access quickly — whether in Figma or through our Confluence space. The goal was to make UX knowledge more available, clear, and practical for daily work.
