Sharing Knowledge with the Team

Figma workshop

When I joined Luxoft, I noticed that several teammates, talented UX designers with strong engineering backgrounds, weren't confident using Figma. Rather than waiting for formal training, I designed and delivered a practical 6-phase workshop built around real use cases from our daily work. The goal was simple: make everyone productive in Figma as fast as possible, regardless of their starting point.

UX Methodologies guides

I also created a library of visual guides covering key UX research methods, including Empathy Maps, Affinity Diagrams, and the MoSCoW Method. Available as PDFs and a shared Figma file in our Confluence space, these templates gave the team a quick reference for daily work without interrupting their flow. It was a small investment that reduced repeated questions and kept the team aligned on methodology.
